*Please note that used appliances must remain in test mode for 1-3 days after your purchase. Thereafter we must make sure to fill the delivery truck (minimize the impact on the planet) and make sure that we optimize our costs too to give you the best possible prices.

1. Please complete your purchase online.
2. One of our representatives will contact you within 48 hours of your purchase to confirm that we have received your order. If we are unable to reach you within 7 working days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
3. A representative will contact you 5 working days before delivery to confirm the date of delivery.
4. You will receive your product between 3 and 30 days after the date of online purchase.

Staying healthy during Covid-19:

Due to the size and weight of our products, we understand that threshold delivery might not be possible for everyone. As such, we are continuing our in-home delivery service at this time. We are keeping a very close eye on the current developments regarding Covid-19 and are implementing best practices in keeping with the guidelines of the Public Health Agency and other relevant authorities.

We want to put the health of our employees, our customers and the entire community first. Fighting Covid-19 requires a major collective effort and every little bit we do counts. With this in mind, If you don’t require in-home delivery, please let our delivery team know - we will safely leave your appliance at the threshold of your choice (entrance hall, garage, lobby, porch). Delivery Preparation:

Please ensure prior to placing your order that the access points in your home (doors, hallways, stairways, elevators and rooms) are free and clear of obstacles that might impede a successful delivery. Please ensure that measurements of these access points are made prior to delivery and verify that your appliance will fit in the desired space. If a problem arises that makes delivery impossible due to accessibility issues, the general exchange and return policy will apply, but the delivery fee will be non-refundable.

Things to check before ordering your new appliance:

• Will your new appliance fit into the space required for it?
• Does your home have the necessary power outlet in the necessary location for your appliance?
• Does your home have the necessary hot/cold water valves and drains for washing machines and dishwashers?
• Does your new waterline for your fridge have the same dimensions as your old one?
• Will your new appliance require a non-standard installation or extra parts?

After you place your order:

We will call/email/text you (whatever you prefer) within 24-48 hours of your purchase to:

• Schedule a delivery appointment based on your location.
• Add additional services such as installation and recycling to your order*.
• Make sure you have any required accessories.

22kg is super excited to offer a Full Protection Policy (FPC) for its rental program including delivery, installation, repairs, and replacements. Coverage also includes no hassle returns, anytime upgrades and the ability to start where you left off with your lease after a termination or lapse.

The lease me program is a lease to own program whereby at the end of the term, you will own the appliance for 1$. It is a great way to pay your appliance overtime hassle free and own the appliance after the end of the term.

Please note the below steps in order to receive your product

1- Once receiving the virtual lease agreement from a representative, please make sure to sign aforementioned document. 

2- Attached to the contract or to be sent later is a proof of ID that consists of a picture of front and back of your drivers license, or a picture of your passport and your Social insurance number. Please send these documents to 22kgpayment@22kg.ca

3- Once the above has been submitted and approved by our department of finance. A representative will reach out to confirm a delivery date.

Our Full Protection Policy provides you with the option of upgrading any product at anytime. It's all part of our commitment to providing you with options, we know so much can happen in a year or more!

Delivery & setup

Our service plan includes delivery of your products and setting them up to ensure everything works properly. It's all part of our customer service.

Full warranty

Your lease includes a full protection policy so there is never any need to worry about costly repairs, exchanges or kitchen remodelling. Should your product ever require servicing, simply let us know and we'll look after it for you. The process is easy and hassle free.

Build your credit

Make your monthly payments on time and we'll report it to the credit bureau every month so you can build your credit score. *This program is coming soon.

One Year Warranty

Every 22KG product carries a one (1) year warranty unless otherwise specified. Valid from the date of delivery or pick-up. The warranty applies to parts and labour only. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as but not limited to: cuts, scratches, damage caused by impact or accidents, discolouration and stains. Products that have been stored or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods and/or cleaning products, are not covered by this guarantee. The warranty does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in a harsh environment. The warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damage. The original receipt is required for all claims and is non-transferrable.

Warranty with Each Lease-Me Program

All of our Lease-me products are under warranty for the duration of the lease. The warranty applies to parts and labour only. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as but not limited to: cuts, scratches, damage caused by impact or accidents, discolouration and stains. Products that have been stored or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods and/or cleaning products, are not covered by this guarantee. The warranty does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in a harsh environment. The warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damage.

22kg Extended Warranty Plan

Our Extended warranty plans cover parts and labour for up to 5 years and begin at the completion of the 1-year free warranty. If your product requires a fourth major repair while under extended warranty, we will replace it. Extended warranty plans apply to parts and labour only. Extended warranty plans do not cover normal wear and tear such as but not limited to: cuts, scratches, damage caused by impact or accidents, discolouration and stains. Products that have been stored or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods and/or cleaning products, are not covered by this guarantee. The extended warranty does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in a harsh environment. The extended warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damage.

*Please note that if a service call is scheduled and it is discovered that the issue is not related to the appliance or exceeds the warranty allowances listed above, you will be charged $89.99 + applicable taxes. Examples of this could be: hot water not connected to a washer, appliance not plugged in, or a misunderstanding of the electrical components that affect the functioning of the appliance.
